Her Story
She knows what the highlights leave out.
Kensley’s connection to sports was shaped by seeing how deeply the game can affect a person’s identity, belonging, and hope. As a teenager, she witnessed how instability, the foster care system, and a lack of support could change the path of a young athlete.
Years later, she saw how trauma, addiction, and life beyond sports could affect someone the world once knew only for their ability. Those experiences taught her that the performance is never the whole story.
She co-founded ex.clusively: Beyond the Game with her lifelong friend Olivia Blankenship to create space for those stories to be told honestly.
The Work

Alongside Olivia, Kensley creates conversations with athletes, coaches, creators, families, and leaders about identity, pressure, mental health, faith, purpose, and life beyond their public role.
November Saturdays
Through The November Saturdays Foundation, Kensley works to remove barriers that keep young people from accessing sports, mentorship, opportunity, and a sense of belonging.
Her Approach
She makes room for the honest answer.
Kensley is direct, curious, and emotionally grounded. She asks about what shaped a guest, what they carry privately, and who they are when the title, uniform, and expectations are removed.
She does not approach conversations looking for a perfect answer or a headline. She creates enough trust for people to tell the truth and enough space for the audience to see them differently.
